Chris is a highly skilled, award winning learning and development specialist who has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and teams reach their full potential. She has held senior positions within organisations including BT, O2 and Avaya. Chris excels at creating an open and supportive environment that facilitates senior leaders sharing experiences and implementing changes to their practice that achieves long lasting impact.

Chris also works in a voluntary capacity as a Trustee for Peace Hospice Care and as a School Governor.

Dr. Sarah Gordon, Associate

Sarah has spent the majority of her career working in the mining sector.  Having started out as an exploration geologist camping in the wilds of northern Quebec, she has since worked in a number of areas including business divestment, safety, sustainability, risk and assurance. 

Sarah is also an honorary visiting lecturer at Imperial College London and Trustee of the Geological Society of London.

Mina Pabari, Associate

Mina is an experienced Training and Development Consultant and a Coach specialising in the field of management development and personal effectiveness from working in a variety of sectors and organisations. Her corporate background working at British Airways combined with her experience of personal development enables her to work in a flexible and empathic way, whilst maintaining a strong business focus.

Mina is a certified NLP Practitioner and she is qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner.

Mina Pabari, Associate

She believes in building close working relationships that act as a very powerful facilitator for getting the individual, team or organisation to take responsibility for their development.  She has a comfortable and balanced style that is intuitive, practical and fun. Mina decided to expand her skills by taking an additional course in Counselling using the Person-Centred Approach. This approach alongside other humanistic psychological approaches provides a useful framework for understanding behaviour and inter-personal relationships. Mina is a certified NLP Practitioner and she is qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner.

Dr. Jasmine Gartner, Associate

Jasmine is a highly experienced trainer, consultant and writer. She is a social anthropologist, with a focus on work cultures. She has change management experience in the public, private and third sector. She runs training sessions and workshops on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and unconscious bias. As a writer and a researcher, she makes sure that ideas have impact and sustainability into the future.

She is the author of Employee Engagement: a little book of big ideas and she writes for HRZone.

Emma has 25 years of frontline and leadership experience in Supported Housing, developing services to meet the needs of vulnerable and socially disadvantaged people.

Charlotte is a qualified trainer, and a Licensed Master NLP and Facet5 practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience in Learning and Development.
