Angela Jowitt, BSc (Hons) Psychol, MSc, Associate

Angela is an experienced coach of leaders from around the globe, spanning all business sectors and levels of seniority. In her wider business role, she designs and runs highly creative experiential team development events, which facilitate team dialogue, help with motivation and overcome potential conflict. Her teaching portfolio focuses on team development and soft skills of leadership including impact and presence, influencing, self-confidence and resilience and wellbeing.

Angela started her teaching career at a leading international Business School over 20 years ago and remains an Adjunct Faculty member. She is a published author, and a new book ‘How to Coach your Team’ written with co-authors Pam Jones and Viki Holton was published in August 2016, and has since been nominated for the CIM 2017-18 business book of the year award.

Emma Donlon and Charlotte Hinks, Associates

Emma and Charlotte are experienced trainers and coaches with a passion for creating fun and engaging learning.  They specialise in management development and coaching for the Housing and Charity sectors, meeting the challenges of leading with a commercial head and a social heart.

Emma has 25 years of frontline and leadership experience in Supported Housing, developing services to meet the needs of vulnerable and socially disadvantaged people.

Charlotte is a qualified trainer, and a Licensed Master NLP and Facet5 practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience in Learning and Development.

Johnny Craike, Associate

Johnny is an accredited coach and facilitator with a wealth of experience in delivering highly creative learning experiences. His career started on the civil service graduate scheme and he has nearly ten years of experience in a senior employee engagement leadership role in one of the UK’s largest housing associations.

He prides himself on creating new and interactive experiences and believes you learn much more when you are having fun. He has built gamified learning to help organisations to embed culture change, induct new employees and to be more diverse and inclusive.

Liz Sourbutts, Associate

Liz is an experienced trainer specialising in Education, Public Health and the Charity sector. She has significant management and recruitment experience within the financial industry coupled with a real drive and passion for coaching and development.

Liz holds a CMI level 5 in Management and Leadership.

Jenny Moore – Virtual Assistant

Jenny is a dedicated and tenacious individual and has over 20 years’ experience of PA, coordination and administrative support, much of which was gained working within Formula One.

With a high attention to detail, Jenny spent a number of years as a successful member on the front line for two Formula One racing teams, travelling the world, supplying parts to enable them to do their jobs quickly and efficiently.

Jenny is a keen and competitive triathlete, always giving her best performance and has the same approach to her work.

Catherine Pugh

Catherine is a work psychologist with a background in learning, leadership development and human resources, spanning 15 years.

She is an experienced trainer and facilitator, and is passionate about creating positive and inclusive learning environments where employees and teams can learn to understand themselves and each other better, and work in a more productive way.  She has much experience in management development, and loves equipping new or mid-level managers with the skills and insight needed for this critical, though sometimes undervalued role within the organisation.

She is a trained practitioner in various psychometrics including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (Step I), Strengthscope and Hogan (HPI, HDS and MVPI); applying these to help individuals and teams gain valuable self-insight, and to use this insight to create healthier and happier workplaces.

Catherine Pugh

Catherine is a work psychologist with a background in learning, leadership development and human resources, spanning 15 years.

Originally from Dublin, now living in Central Scotland, Eimear’s career began in Corporate Financial Services.  14 years ago, she undertook an internal career change into Learning & Development.

In May 2017, she felt a tug that called her to step out of Corporate and into Freelance Training.  Wanting to explore the possibilities of a new way of working.
