Her teaching portfolio focuses on team development and soft skills of leadership including impact and presence, influencing, self-confidence and resilience and wellbeing.

Angela started her teaching career at a leading international Business School over 20 years ago and remains an Adjunct Faculty member. She is a published author, and a new book ‘How to Coach your Team’ written with co-authors Pam Jones and Viki Holton was published in August 2016, and has since been nominated for the CIM 2017-18 business book of the year award.

Her practice is based on the belief that everyone has the ability to live their best life and offers people a safe, supportive, understanding space so that they can be heard and overcome struggles. She brings her counselling skills into learning through coaching and mentoring people to understand their development needs and fulfil their potential.

With a high attention to detail, Jenny spent a number of years as a successful member on the front line for two Formula One racing teams, travelling the world, supplying parts to enable them to do their jobs quickly and efficiently.

Jenny is a keen and competitive triathlete, always giving her best performance and has the same approach to her work.
