In her wider business role, she designs and runs highly creative experiential team development events, which facilitate team dialogue, help with motivation and overcome potential conflict. Angela started her teaching career at a leading international Business School over 20 years ago and remains an Adjunct Faculty member. She is a published author, and a new book ‘How to Coach your Team’ written with co-authors Pam Jones and Viki Holton was published in August 2016, and has since been nominated for the CIM 2017-18 business book of the year award.

Karen is an experienced fundraising professional working in the charity sector for over twenty years at local and national charities, specialising in community & events fundraising.

Karen is an experienced fundraising leader and trainer with a passion for working for causes committed to social change, using her knowledge, skills and practice to maintain high performing teams and recognise the value of staff satisfaction to success. She specialises in leadership, change management, people and team development, resilience, mindfulness & workplace wellbeing.

Karen is a qualified person-centred counsellor and registered with the BACP. She brings her counselling skills into her work through modelling empathic leadership to coach and mentor people to understand their motivations and development needs and fulfil their potential.

She is an integral part of the Learning and Development team in the Social Justice Charity sector and has accreditation’s in personality profiling and specialises in Management Development.

Katie believes training should be fun and engaging, using interactive tools to bring groups together. Promoting confidence and empowering effective management skills.

Ceri Sunu, Associate

Ceri has over 16 years of training, facilitation and coaching experience across a range of sectors including arts and culture, education, tech start-ups and charities.

People oriented and results-driven in equal measure, the golden thread which ties all of her work together is the desire to support people in their personal growth and enable organisations to achieve social impact.

She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Psychology and is an ILM Level 5 trained Personal Development Coach.

Ceri’s coaching approach builds on the foundations of the GROW model, taking a strengths-based approach which focuses on, and draws out, the expertise and resourcefulness of her clients. Having had a not-so-conventional career herself, Ceri is particularly keen to support her clients in carving out a career path which is fully aligned with the whole person, encouraging boldness and courage to go after what they really want.

Harriet has been working for ATC as a Virtual Assistant since December 2020.

For 10 years prior to this role her background has been in the events industry. She worked for most of this time at Goodwood Motor Circuit running track events & experience days for corporate & retail customers.

Harriet also started her own side-line business and in November 2020 launched sustainable lifestyle website which focuses on supporting small female led businesses.
