Anj is an experienced coach of leaders from around the globe, spanning all business sectors and levels of seniority. In her wider business role, she designs and runs highly creative experiential team development events, which facilitate team dialogue, help with motivation and overcome potential conflict. Her teaching portfolio focuses on team development and soft skills of leadership including impact and presence, influencing, self-confidence and resilience and wellbeing.

Anj started her teaching career at a leading international Business School over 20 years ago and remains an Adjunct Faculty member. She is a published author, and a new book ‘How to Coach your Team’ written with co-authors Pam Jones and Viki Holton was published in August 2016, and has since been nominated for the CIM 2017-18 business book of the year award.

Emma and Charlotte are experienced trainers and coaches with a passion for creating fun and engaging learning.  They specialise in management development and coaching for the Housing and Charity sectors, meeting the challenges of leading with a commercial head and a social heart.

Emma has 25 years of frontline and leadership experience in Supported Housing, developing services to meet the needs of vulnerable and socially disadvantaged people.

Charlotte is a qualified trainer, and a Licensed Master NLP and Facet5 practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience in Learning and Development.

Karen has a passion for working with organisations committed to social change, helping teams and individuals to be high performing and recognise the value of staff satisfaction, inclusion and wellbeing to their success.

Through sharing models and frameworks, thoughtful questioning and offering examples and tools and techniques, Karen’s training style provides people with practical skills and builds their resilience, helping them to identify the actions and resources needed to work in a positive and constructive way.

Her training specialises in leadership, change management, communication, people and team development, resilience, mindfulness & workplace wellbeing. As an experienced fundraising leader, she has worked in the not-for-profit sector for over twenty years at local and national charities, specialising in public fundraising. Karen is also a qualified person-centred counsellor, with a private practice based on values of empathy, empowerment and authenticity.

She holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and is registered with the BACP; she also has a BSc in Psychology from UCL and is currently completing a qualification as a Mindfulness and Compassion Teacher.

Ceri has over 16 years of training, facilitation and coaching experience across a range of sectors including arts and culture, education, tech start-ups and charities.

People oriented and results-driven in equal measure, the golden thread which ties all of her work together is the desire to support people in their personal growth and enable organisations to achieve social impact.

She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Psychology and is an ILM Level 5 trained Personal Development Coach.

Ceri’s coaching approach builds on the foundations of the GROW model, taking a strengths-based approach which focuses on, and draws out, the expertise and resourcefulness of her clients. Having had a not-so-conventional career herself, Ceri is particularly keen to support her clients in carving out a career path which is fully aligned with the whole person, encouraging boldness and courage to go after what they really want.

As a successful social entrepreneur, a global traveller, facilitator and coach, Barry brings a keen interest in performance and wellbeing to his work. He supports businesses and people to bring forth their full potential. He spends a lot of his time and energy designing and holding spaces and enjoys creating experiences that allow you to learn, play, connect, create, explore … and be.

Harriet also started her own side-line business and in November 2020 launched sustainable lifestyle website which focuses on supporting small female led businesses.

Laura set up her own Virtual Assistant business in 2018 and supports successful business trainers and coaches. She is high energy and a ball of positivity and thrives on getting the job done!

Sam has been spending the last 8 or so years helping Senior Leadership, Teams and Organisations reap the benefits of radical behavioural change. Her career took this pivotal turn after Sam volunteered as a mentor to support young asylum seekers in 2015.

Sam helps Charities, Banks & Businesses practically embrace diversity, increase collaboration and evolve ways of working, co-creating the kind of sustainable, connected culture that enables everyone to access their highest potential. Her approach combines Systems Thinking; Lean-Agile; Organisational Relationship and Human Potential Coaching; Mentoring & Training.
