MYERS BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR PROFILING

Myers Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality type profiling tool and it is one of the world’s most popular and respected tools of its kind. Its focus is on respecting all differences in a positive way and can be used to support a number of key areas including self awareness, developing emotional intelligence, improving working relationships and enhancing management approaches. We offer both individual and team building sessions using Myers Briggs Type Indicator profiling at Step 1 and Step 2.

COACHING

We have undertaken coaching work for many years working with new managers to CEOs. Some of the common topics that we work with clients on are managing transition, change and stress, enhancing current management styles, addressing challenging working relationships and identifying career aspirations. Our aim is to build a confidential and safe space to focus on the issues pertinent to the individual.

TRAINER SUPPORT

We are delighted to now be able to offer bespoke one-to-one support for individual or small groups of trainers. We will work with you to assess your needs and develop a session that will ensure you develop face-to-face training that is engaging, impactful and fun. We can also work with you to make sure that your virtual training is dynamic and highly interactive.
